David Blomquist is a well-known and respected consultant in the dairy and food processing industry, where he has worked extensively for the past six decades. His employment history includes positions at Ecolab as an Executive Technical Affairs Specialist and Quality Management Consultant, as well as having previously managed quality at Schwan Food Company, Tony's Pizza, and Dalbo Cheese. Dave is currently president of his own consulting firm, DFB Consulting LLC. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Industries from the University of Minnesota. His other passions, shared with his wife, Cindy, are for chocolate and caramel corn. Together they own Creative Confectionaire.
