Technical Services Educational Training Program

Elevate Dairy Safety, Quality, and Performance

QualiTru Technical Services Educational Training Program provides practical, industry-focused, expert-led training for fluid dairy processors who want to strengthen food safety culture, support compliance, and improve plant performance. The program helps teams reduce risk, strengthen preventive controls, improve audit readiness, and prevent costly issues before they affect product quality.

  • Advance critical thinking and decision-making
  • Strengthen food safety culture
  • Improve product quality, shelf life, and process control
  • Strengthen preventive controls
  • Improve audit readiness
  • Minimize contamination risks
  • Reduce operational risk and improve efficiency

Helping Teams Move from Reactive to Proactive

Dairy plants face constant pressure to protect product quality, strengthen compliance, and prevent issues before they affect food safety, shelf life, or operational efficiency. However, when plants experience constant turnover and knowledge loss, teams can become stuck reacting to issues such as:

  • Product holds and rework
  • Sanitation failures
  • Absent verification
  • Environmental monitoring non-conformances
  • Stressful audits

QualiTru Technical Services is designed to help teams make that shift. Through practical, plant-focused educational training, the program helps build stronger proactive teams who support preventive controls, are more consistent in following procedures, and show greater confidence in day-to-day decision-making. The result is a more robust and thorough approach to food safety, sanitation, process control, and continuous improvement.

Solve Persistent Operational and Safety Challenges

Even experienced dairy teams can struggle when training gaps, inconsistent procedures, and day-to-day pressures start to affect execution. Over time, those gaps can contribute to safety and quality risks, audit stress, inefficiencies, downtime, and preventable operational issues.

QualiTru Technical Services helps processors address the challenges that most often stand in the way of stronger preventive controls and more consistent plant performance:

  • Underdeveloped food safety culture
  • Skills gaps in the workforce
  • Limited critical thinking and decision-making
  • Inconsistent process controls and product quality
  • Variability in sampling practices
  • Ineffective clean-in-place (CIP) verification
  • Non-conformances in environmental monitoring programs
  • Failed or stressful audits and regulatory non-compliance

Who Does Technical Services Support Across the Plant?

QualiTru Technical Services is designed for dairy processors looking to strengthen skills across the plant, including:

  • Frontline employees
  • Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams
  • Lab technicians and supervisors
  • Sanitation teams and sanitation supervisors
  • Production and operations leaders
  • Plant managers
  • Maintenance teams
  • New employees
  • Experienced employees

Four Core Educational Training Categories

QualiTru Technical Services is organized around four core training categories that address the most common knowledge gaps and operational challenges in dairy processing. Each area is designed to give teams practical, plant-relevant guidance they can apply to food safety, sanitation, process control, and leadership.

  1. Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance: Topics may include Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Preventive Controls, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Allergen Management, Appendix N, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA).
  2. Dairy Science and Microbiology: Topics may include dairy microbiology basics, dairy processing fundamentals, environmental monitoring, and aseptic sampling for statistical process control.
  3. Sanitation and Hygiene Excellence: Topics may include sanitation and food safety, principles of cleaning and sanitation, sanitation and hygiene, and sanitation, equipment operation, and preventive maintenance.
  4. Leadership and Culture Development: Topics may include food safety culture, communication, building a mature food safety culture, and leadership and supervisory skills for dairy operations.
