Jack van der Sanden, Senior Food Safety Advisor for bioMérieux, has over 30 years of experience in the global food industry across the supply chain. He previously worked as the General Manager of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Fonterra. There he redesigned the company’s food safety and quality standards for HACCP and EPM, with an extensive review of the manufacturing process. Today, Jack enjoys spending more time in the garden and shares his knowledge and expertise with selective projects.
