TS7 Ingold Port
The QualiTru Ingold Port revolutionizes bioreactor sampling and inoculation by eliminating the need for Steam in Place (SIP) between samples, increasing efficiency and minimizing risk in critical process applications.
QualiTru’s TruStream7 stainless steel sanitary ports are certified to 3-A Standard 63-04 and designed to work in a wide variety of locations, including processing lines, silos, tanks, and liquid tanker trucks. They provide easy, aseptic access to process monitor for microbial contamination, as well as line and tank sampling. Use with the QualiTru TruStream 7-Channel Septa.

The Tri-Clamp Port is designed to be tri-clamped in place, inline, or on a silo to allow quick access for process sampling. Available in 1.5″, 2″, 2.5″, and 3″.
The Tank Port is designed for taking aseptic samples off a silo. It can be welded onto a flat, non-insulated tank door.
The Recessed Tank Port is designed for taking aseptic samples off a silo. It can be welded onto a flat or slightly curved insulated tank door.
The Tri-Clamp Elbow Port replaces standard tri-clamp elbows to quickly take aseptic samples.
The Butt Weld Elbow Port allows for permanent inline sampling by welding the elbow in place.
The Butt Weld Tee Port allows for permanent inline sampling by welding the straight tee in place.
The Tri-Clamp Tee Port replaces a standard tri-clamp straight tee to quickly take aseptic samples.
This Short Tee port replaces a short tri-clamp straight tee to quickly take aseptic samples.
The TS7 Adjustable Tanker Port with Security Lid is specifically designed for dairy and other liquid food tanker trucks. It welds onto the inner tank wall and the sliding telescopic sleeve design minimizes the need for additional retrofitting and fabrication. The port accommodates trailers with varying thicknesses of insulation (from ~4.3” to 6.0”). This port is ideal for sampling off the side or back of a tanker truck for accurate and safe antibiotic, component, or microbiological sampling.
The Inline Inspection Port is for use at VARIVENT® connection points.
This is used to secure the septum in place. It comes standard with all stainless steel ports but can be purchased separately to replace TS7 nuts. A TruStreem7 plastic dust cover can be used to protect the stainless steel port when not sampling.
